24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel or reschedule an existing appointment you must give at least 24 hours' advance notice
by phone, e-mail, or the online scheduler. Otherwise you will be charged for the missed appointment in full.
No exceptions, including same-day illness.
